Refund policy

Refunds are only issued within 5 days of registration when enrollment is two or more weeks before the class/event is scheduled. After this time frame the fee is nonrefundable. If enrollment and cancellation occur within 2 weeks of the class there is no refund or transfer. If Spectrum cancels the class then full refunds will be issued.

No refunds are issued for online certification workshops. Online courses will be active for one year from purchase.
