Reciprocity Evaluation for Oregon Esthetics Licensure

Upload your documentation to receive your custom education plan to become licensed in Oregon. 

Oregon reciprocity can feel a little confusing at first, but we’re happy to help guide you through the process. 

 

This fee covers the time needed to carefully review your documents, compare your education and training to Oregon’s licensing requirements, and outline your next steps.

 

Before you begin, you will need DIGITAL copies of:

1. Official Transcript from previous school/institution (MANDATORY)

2. Procedure Tracker // Signed-off list of performed treatments

3. Outline of program or course syllabus

4. Awarded Certificates

5. Copy of valid license in esthetics

6. Any additional documents that reflect education received.

 

Please note that Spectrum does not set the state licensing requirements. We review each evaluation based on the specific requirements set by the State of Oregon.

 

After paying your evaluation fee, you will be guided to complete and sign the evaluation form included. 

Next, you will upload your Official Transcript and any supporting documentation you have from your prior education, such as proof of completed training, service sign-offs, or any other relevant records. 

Once we have received your payment, evaluation form, Official Transcript, and supporting documents, the review can take up to 10 business days.  

After the evaluation is complete, we will draft a custom education plan in order to fulfill your Oregon licensure requirements. If additional training is required, we will provide a quote and a clear plan to help you move forward.
